Terms of Service
Effective date: 30 May 2026. These Terms apply to use of jacknzio.com (the “Site”) and our social casino services (“Services”).
1) Eligibility (Adults only)
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm you meet these requirements.
2) Accounts & security
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts for suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
3) Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play (bots), or interfere with the Services.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content or attempt unauthorised access.
- Follow applicable New Zealand laws and any in-product rules we publish.
4) Virtual coins & entertainment-only play
The Services are a social casino for entertainment. Any virtual coins, chips, points, or similar items ("Virtual Items"):
- have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are not redeemable or withdrawable for money or prizes;
- cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the Services;
- may be modified, reset, or removed if required for security, balance, or compliance.
5) Intellectual property
We (and our licensors) own the Site, games, software, and content. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.
6) User content
If you submit content (e.g., chat, feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce, modify, and display it to operate and improve the Services. You must have rights to what you submit and it must not infringe others’ rights.
7) Service changes & termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. On termination, your access ends and Virtual Items may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss arising from unauthorised access or interruptions. Where liability cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted.
9) Disputes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law.
10) Governing law (New Zealand)
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
