Effective date: 30 May 2026. This policy explains how Jacknzio Limited ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and shares personal information on jacknzio.com in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

- Gameplay and usage data (e.g., in-game actions, preferences, session activity).
- Device/technical data (e.g., IP address, browser/device, approximate location from IP).
